On-line QC/ QA Analyzer System for Film & Coating WebTracker® uses rugged and high performance NIR ( Near Infra Red) spectroscopy to deliver rapid, multi-component analysis. Use of the direct diffuse reflectance or transmission measurement technology allows for accurate detection of several chemical compositions and physical properties without contacting the product. The WebTracker® can not only determine coating weight but also warn for wrong coatings, explosion danger ( organic coatings) , and determine certain properties of the coating, such as dilution and humidity. WebTracker® is not so much a product as an engineering concept by AppliTek. The concept consists of several parts, integrated and finetuned in accordance with customer' s specifications. This means the concept evolves as new components hit the market, and is very flexible when adapting it to custom requirements.
