Detail In Situ NIR Spectrometer
Solid-state compact NIR analyzer designed for non-invasive measurements on powders, pellets, liquids… Near-infrared is a fast, clean and relatively simple analytical technique that has been used for many years with success in process environments.
In situ: ideal for implementing in the actual process. This analyzer determines through a window, the glass of a vial or even through the blister pack the organic chemical composition, actives, starch and moisture content of solid, pellets powder and liquids. Analyze every individual vial or tablet before or after packaging and, if necessary, earlier during the production process. Several analog and digital I/ Os allow instant reaction and control.
Examples of parameters
Density - Melting index ( MFI, MFR) - Additives - IZOD - Viscosity - Moisture
